New York, NY, December 13, 2022 – Resourcive, the leading strategic IT sourcing consultancy and premier technology value creation partner, announces Jeff Moss and Denise Shanklin have joined Resourcive as Consultants.

In his new role, Jeff will utilize his 25+ of years designing and implementing customer centric solutions to drive positive business outcomes for enterprise clients. Jeff has a keen eye for transformation initiatives related to improved customer experience and efficiency in contact centers.
In her new role, Denise will use her 25+ years project management experience and time leading IT organizations through transformation projects to partner with our clients and help them execute their strategic initiatives.

Jeff brings 25+ years working as a Sales Engineer for industry leading communications providers including Lumen, Sprint, Dialpad, Fuze, Mitel and most recently 8x8. Jeff holds a BA from Wichita State University and a Masers of Art in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Denise brings 25+ years as a Management and Technology Consultant to Fortune 500, Universities and Government Agencies including NASA, Boeing, Microsoft, Dell, Charles Schwab, Indeed, The World Bank, Rice University, USAID, DEOMI, Volkswagen, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Department of the Interior and many others. Denise holds a BA in International Business Affairs from the University of St. Thomas, an Executive Certification in Strategic Management from the University of San Diego along with Advanced Project, Program and Portfolio Management from Stanford University.
