RESOURCIVE ANNOUNCES NEW CX PRACTICE LEAD HIRE
Greenville, SC, February 10, 2026 – Resourcive, the leading strategic IT sourcing consultancy and premier technology value creation partner, announced today that David “Dave” Capece has joined the company as CX Practice Lead.
In his role, Capece will lead Resourcive’s Customer Experience (CX) practice, partnering closely with consultants and clients to design and execute CX roadmaps across CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI driven customer engagement technologies. His focus will be on ensuring clients realize maximum value from their CX investments and that the technologies they source deliver meaningful, measurable impact for their businesses, customers, and end users.

Capece brings more than 15 years of experience across cloud communications, Contact Center as a Service, and Unified Communications as a Service. His career includes leadership and technical roles at organizations such as Level(3) Communications, Metaswitch Networks, Amazon, Deloitte, and NiCE, where he supported complex enterprise CX and communications initiatives.
