Announcing the “Resourcive Does That” Campaign
Most B2B marketing in our space follows a familiar pattern. Companies explain the problem, describe their solution, and list out their capabilities. The assumption is that the audience needs to be educated.
In reality, most technology leaders don’t need help understanding the problem. They are already living it.
They are dealing with renewals that are approaching without a clear strategy. Cloud environments that have grown faster than governance. Security tools that have accumulated without a cohesive operating model. Acquisitions that have layered on systems, vendors, and contracts without full visibility.
The issue is not awareness. It is execution.
That realization is what led us to build a different kind of campaign.
A Different Way to Show It
We recently launched a campaign called “Resourcive Does That.” Instead of explaining what we do, we wanted to show the kinds of situations our clients deal with every day in a way that feels more real and more familiar.
Each video places a technology leader in a completely normal setting, talking to someone who has no context for what they are describing. A barber. A tour guide. A friend watching a game. And without realizing it, they begin explaining a very real enterprise technology problem.
A VMware renewal that was never planned for.
A Microsoft licensing structure that no longer works.
A security stack that has grown without clear coverage.
A network that can’t support how the business actually operates.
The conversations feel out of place because they are. These problems don’t stay neatly contained within project plans or meeting rooms. They follow technology leaders everywhere.
Why We Built It This Way
There is a gap in how B2B services are typically communicated. Most messaging focuses on what a company does and how it does it. Very little captures what it actually feels like to be responsible for these decisions.
The pressure to reduce spend while enabling growth. The reality of inheriting environments shaped by years of decisions. The need to move quickly without introducing risk. These are not abstract challenges. They are daily realities for the people we work with.
We wanted to reflect that more honestly. Not through long-form explanations or traditional collateral, but through short, recognizable moments that mirror how these conversations actually happen.
Experimenting With AI-Generated Video
This campaign is also an intentional step toward a different way of producing content. We used AI-generated video tools to create these scenarios, not as a novelty, but as a way to move faster and explore ideas that would traditionally require significant production time and coordination.
It allowed us to test multiple concepts, place scenarios in environments that would be difficult to film, and iterate on messaging without the constraints of traditional production. In many ways, it mirrors what we are seeing across enterprise technology more broadly. As new tools change what is possible, teams have an opportunity to rethink how work gets done.
Marketing should be no different.
What We Want This Campaign to Do
The goal of “Resourcive Does That” is not to explain everything we do in detail. It is to create recognition.
We want someone to see a situation and think, “We are dealing with that right now.” And then, just as quickly, “Resourcive does that.”
Because in most organizations, the problem is already understood internally. What is missing is the ability to move from recognizing the issue to actually solving it.
The Simple Truth
Technology leaders today are navigating environments that are more complex than ever. Not because the problems are unclear, but because executing against them requires time, experience, and focus that most teams simply don’t have.
That is where we fit.
We help organizations buy and deploy technology with clarity, and more importantly, we help them get it done.
Resourcive does that.
